Civil Engineering

Civil engineering services come into play after a site is selected and planned.

At that point, conceptual plans are developed and, working with architects and other allied design professionals, carried through to such site specific tasks as layout, design and grading.

Some of the engineering services that we provide include sanitary sewer and storm drain design, hydrological and backwater analysis, parking layouts, retaining walls, general site engineering and construction inspection, grading, site engineering specifically associated with wetlands and environmentally sensitive areas, and septic system design for both new and replacement systems.

Our staff includes four licensed professional engineers.
